These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) govern your relationship with https://shop.creanet.es website (the “shop”) operated by creanetshop (“us”, “we”, or “our”).
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the shop.
Your access to and use of the shop is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the shop you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the shop.
If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the shop (“Purchase”), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information.
You represent and warrant that: (I) you have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any Purchase; and that (II) the information you supply to us is true, correct and complete.
By submitting such information, you grant us the right to provide the information to third parties for purposes of facilitating the completion of Purchases.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for certain reasons including but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order or other reasons.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorised or illegal transaction is suspected.
AVAILABILITY, ERRORS AND INACCURACIES
We are constantly updating our offerings of products and services on the shop. The products or services available on our shop may be mispriced, described inaccurately, or unavailable, and we may experience delays in updating information on the shop and in our advertising on other web sites.
We cannot and do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information, including prices, product images, specifications, availability, and services. We reserve the right to change or update information and to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice.
CONTESTS, SWEEPSTAKES AND PROMOTIONS
The shop and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of creanetshop. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of shop.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our shop, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the shop.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our shop after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the shop.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We offer a 14 days refund upon receipt of the package. Christmas gift can be returned/exchanged until January 31.
The items must be returned in original condition and in the original, undamaged packing or similar protective tube/box. We reserve the right to refuse any returns, that do not fulfil these criteria. Please note that you are responsible for the shipping and back to us.
Important! Returns and exchanges happens at your own risk and own expense (shipping costs is to be paid by you).
The following criteria must be met to qualify for a refund:
- Product is defective (damaged poster)
- Product is not as described
In order to ensure the above criteria has been met, all returns will be inspected. If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right not to issue a refund.
If any package needs to be picked up at a specific delivery point, the Customer must do so within the time limit provided in the notification. Packages must normally be collected in person with valid identification and the order number. The Customer will receive a delivery email notification indicating when and where the package can be picked up or received. If the package is not picked up, a refund will not be accepted.
Returns are not accepted on personalized orders.
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org before returning any items and remember to state your order number and relevant contact information in the e-mail.
We do our best to ship your order in a safe and secure way, but if your order for any reason or in anyway arrive damaged, please let us know straight away so we can help you solve the problem, no later than twenty-four (24) hours after receiving the shipment, by e-mail to email@example.com.
We always offer to send out replacements for damaged items, and in some cases additional compensation, but do not offer a full refund. If you do not want a new item shipped we kindly ask for you to initiate a return instead or make other arrangement with us.
Important: Please make sure to take photos of both the package and the damaged product and send it together with other relevant information about the claim to firstname.lastname@example.org
Remember to also state you order number in the e-mail.
Due to import restrictions we are currently not able to ship to Cuba, Iran, Crimea, Syria and North Korea.
Important: Please be aware that if you release the signture on your delivery it happens at your own risk and we will not cover if the package is lost or stolen.
We dispatch all orders within 2-5 business days, and delivery time can vary between 5 and 21 days. Some countries, remote cities or islands may have longer delivery times. Please get in touch if you need a more exact delivery time for your country/city.
Note! We can’t take responsibility for any delays out of our control, like customs delays etc.
All shipping costs will be shown upon checkout, however please be advised that local taxes and import duties may apply and is not included in the shipping costs. Please note that any customs duties and taxes for overseas orders are the buyer’s responsibility to pay.
Gift cards are not refundable and cannot be exchanged to cash. Gift cards are valid for 2 years.
Due to the calibration differences between computer monitors, tablets and smartphones, etc. the color on the prints shown on our website may vary slightly from the actual prints.
At creanetshop your personal contact information will be treated with confidentiality, and will not be shared with any third parties. For ordering handling purposes however, we sometimes need to share your shipping details directly with our printing partner.
