About prints
All of the prints are designed as 30x40cm / 50x70cm / 70x100cm and square 16×16″/ 18×18″. In case you want any other format, please send us an email to shop@creanet.es
All prints are museum quality giclée with vibrant colours on heavyweight matte acid-free paper (192g/m2). Giclée is a fine art printing process combining long lasting archival inks with high quality art paper achieving prints of superior quality, light fastness and deep vibrant colors.
Shipping & Delivery
If things should go wrong for any reason, here is what you do. If your order arrived damaged, please inform us right away and send us a photo of the damage, so we can send you a replacement. Shipping charges will only be refunded in the case that the error was our responsibility.
We are a small studio so we prints on demand. Our printer produces the prints once payment has been made. So please be aware that delivery time can vary, it depends on the speed of delivery service in your country. Usually it is about a week, creanetshop is not responsible for any delay that results from an incorrect address, holidays or by incidents beyond our control.
